Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way I could import 3D from autocad into ArchiCAD 12?I've tried to merge the files, but it ends up that the objects seems are merge into a single object in archicad . I'm wonder is it the imported object is not editable ?
Thanks a lot. Hope someone can help me with this.

regards,
janice

Did you do a search? At least 20 threads in the last month on this topic ...

Yes, you can import the 3D as a library part. No, it is not editable as doors, windows, slabs, whatever.

You might try IFC, if it is AutoCAD Architecture.
