Dead laptop , key problem with licence manager tool

Good morning,

 

I have a problem with the archicad license transfer from a broken computer, which I can no longer turn on. How can I upload the activation key to my new computer? The key is not available on the licence manager tool.

Assuming you are talking about a software license.

You can only upload the license back to your company pool from the machine which the license is on.

As that machine is broken, you can not upload it yourself.

You will have to get in touch with your local Archicad Support and have them return the license to your company pool.

Do you pay an annual license fee?

That is who you need to contact.
