renaming, managing, and updating view settings

3 methods to rename various view settings:
-click the view setting and type the new name (layers)
-click the view setting and go to the top name bar to rename (model view options and graphic overrides)

-click "rename" (renovation filter). This REALLY needs to be updated. Anyone making a living building, managing, or maintaining templates, this is tedious.

Not to mention the various ways to update settings of the various view setting types... I can't tell you how many times I've been fine tuning a pen set and had to cancel because it created a new pen set instead of overriding the existing. And dimension styles are equally painful to manage.

I'm a huge fan of the updates to the layer management system. I don't even hate the com+a instead of the "select all" button. But lets give some love to the rest of the view settings UI, please. And most importantly, would love to see some consistency.
