I really don't use TW that much...
For me, the reason is that I can't really visualize the structure and relations of the team...
That's why I wish some kind of "Team Work Designer/Manager"...
An application where I could graphically (i.e. drag 'n drop, link features)
built a TW with all its components (members, acess, librarys, etc...)
Where I could also manage and visualize the work of each team member.
That's what I wish!...
