Desk top order on a MAC

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have not ever been able to keep a logical desktop order of the AC tool boxes, palettes, etc. even after setting up the preferences etc. they always cover on another or my work space or are hidden mostly off the 24" screen. I have been told that this floating is a MAC problem ?

Thanks for any directions as I waste hours a day just finding where things are on the desktop - sometimes requiring me to restart the computer.

Have you saved a work environment profile so that you can call up your preferred settings whenever you like?

I'm on a mac and have not experienced what you are describing. Maybe if you were trying to use 2 monitors, or switch resolutions a lot, then I could see what you mean.
