3D Text Doesn't work on AC 12?

I just realize that 3D text library doesn't work.
Can somebody help me how I can get it to work!
Please.
I don't see the 3D text library anymore.
I only see the "Sign ADA 12"

Works fine for me in AC12.

What part of it doesn't work for you?

Possibly -
Have you set the 3d detail level to off?
Have you set it show on one storey above only?
2d set to display with a white pen?

Post a screenshot of the library part settings if your still having problems.

In the US library it is now under Section 10 Specialties, the first subfolder is Signage.

Try a search for 3D
