Setting printing parameters in Publisher

It's very useful to be able to define a set of drawings to print using Publisher. But I find it laborious to check the page setup and the print settings for each drawing individually. (We use different printers for differently sized sheets)

It would be good if it were possible to select a number of layouts, and then format these parameters for all selected layouts.

Or, failing that, if the parameters could be displayed together after selecting 'format', so that I don't have to click on 'Page Setup' to check if the correct printer is selected for format and then again (I think this might be a MAC thing) on 'Print Settings' to check if the correct printer is selected for printing.

You can already. Just put them in a folder and set the options for that folder. As long as it contains at least one item when you do it, everything else in that goes into that folder will follow suit.
