Zones - Updated Area Calculation

Anonymous

I understand than in order to have an updated (current) zone area, we need to update the zones.

But, I don't understand why they area wouldn't at least show something different to indicate that the information is wrong...it doesn't seem very BIM like to have an opportunity to show incorrect information with out an indicator telling you other wise.

Does anyone know of a setting (or a custom zone stamp?) that would make the area show up as #### or something to that affect when the area is NOT current?

Thanks!

Not that I am aware of. I tend to use an area fill to calculate my areas in plan. This at least updates when the fill is changed.
