Tip.nr.1
In animation if you first must activate the Clipping Box (for defining clipping planes)
At the beginning of animation you can set the cutting plane at lower height (1 meter) over ground level and at finish at full building height.
The resulted animation show how the building grows from ground to roof.
Tip nr 2.
In Art.lantis is better to render as a PSD format for later postprocessing in Photoshop because artlantis save the background , objects, and even different selectable materials , on a separate layers .
You can edit only one material by selecting only this material in Photoshop in materials layer .
