There is an other way to insert a window between floors without create a hole (above or below)

Which ArchiCAD are you on? Please create a signature so that people know ...

In general, if you have windows spanning floors, the best idea is to increase the height of the wall so it is two stories high.

I don't fully understand the problem/question and based on the few replies you got I assume neither do others.

Model a single wall to the height required and set it to "show an all relavent stories".
Then just place the window in at the height you want it.
If the window is set to show as "Symbolic" then it will show in plan for which ever story levels it passes through.
