12 "Document > Partial Structure Display " conf

I don't get it.
Under 12 help file it says: Document > Partial Structure Display
In G.S. video, (see attached image,), it shows it under
Document > Partial Structure Display
However, in my 12 (full) it's not there, as shown on the right side of
the attached image.
Yes I can select core from "quick options" but, what's up doc?
I'm confused,(again).

Bier, INT version is ok. Which version do you have.
An after thought, open your WE and check it is enabled/in the menu.

Did you by chance migrate forward your old work environment?

If so then you will need to add the new options as Rod suggested.

Thanks Rod and Erich.
Yes I migrated 11 WE.
Back when setting up 10 and 11 (all with shipped install defaults), I did not have new critical functions disappear like that.
And to complicate it, I had never found it necessary to mess with menu options, so that took awhile to figure out; thanks to Rod and Erich , I did eventually get it.
