One line, multiple stories

Any way to show one line on multiple stories? Would like to use it as a centerline for structural elements on consecutive stories. That way I can be sure they are aligned.....

File -> New Object...

Put the code in the 2D script. No parameters or additional code needed. Save and done.

It's alarmingly easy to move a module by accident, especially since the selection window will include a module which is only partly within that window.

My solution is to create a modules layer on which all modules are placed, and then keep that layer locked.

Show it on all stories.

(For a lot of geometry the module solution is great.)

James, thanks for that cool line trick! Very cool.
