Only show one line of beam?

Is there a way to show only one side of a beam? So, no inside line.
The goal is to show the outside edge of the beam as the roof above on the floor plan.

No it is both side or none at all.

However, you can show the axis (reference) line (Model View Options).

So if you axis is on the edge you want to show, you could use that.
