<CURRENTISSUEDESCRIPTION>, Autotext dissapearing

Hi all
so I'm either using it wrong or there is something else wrong but my Autotext as in the subject is pretty unreliable.
My publisher set folder is named as follows :
<SHORTDATE> - <PROJECTNUMBER> <PROJECTNAME> - Stage 3, <CURRENTISSUEDESCRIPTION> - PDF

The <CURRENTISSUEDESCRIPTION> part shows fine (with the proper description filled in as it should be) in Archicad before publishing, as soon as it's published though the Autotext Description disappears from the published Windows folder. So just a blank sport where the Issue Description would be.

Afterwards the Issue Description also dissapears in the Publisher Set folder, also just a blank space where the Issue Description should be. Even if I add in Autotext like the Issue Date, ID etc it still shows up blank?

I think I'm doing something wrong or using the Autotext wrong but how exactly escapes me?

Ok well after some more testing seems the <ISSUEetc> autotext can only be used on layouts? Seems its not really meant to be used on folders as my example.

What I would like to achieve is have my published folder named automagically without changing options on every publish, something like :
(Date) - (Project Name + Number) - (Description of Folder) - (Revision)

What I like about the above naming is I can zip the folder and mail it as is to suppliers / engineers etc without renaming anything or adding extra info.
Perhaps I'm looking at it the wrong way, any other examples of how people are naming their published folders?
