archicad 26 crashes on start up

SO i download and install archicad 26 it works for a day or so then it wont start work when i go to use a few days later unless i download it again. anyone else have this issues there is a bug report that goes to graphisoft but i never hear back from them. I am running a computer with windows 10 64bit its about 4 years old is it the computer or software ??

You won't hear from Graphisoft.

Take note of the bug report number and contact your local Archicad support and ask them to investigate it.

Could it be that your anti-virus software is quarantining something from the Archicad program folder?

If your anti-virus is set to scan only at certain times, it may allow you to run for a little while and then quarantine a file required by Archicad.

You should be able to see in your quarantine logs if that is the case.
