It works fine for me! What are the critical dimensions for this to happen? What shape is the fill? I notice from the video that it only occurred when the thin segment was under a certain width. Does it happen if you use a slab the same shape?

Another point (probably unrelated) was why the preview outline uses a dot-dash linetype? Mine appears solid. Is that normal?

Try to recreate the nodes at the two ends of the problematic edge.
OR maybe you can cut off the right end of the fill with a vertical cut line and it will appear.
To me it seems like the Fill polygon is degenerated in some way or its data structure is.
