autotext question

Not applicable
Hello all,

I am inserting a PDF drawing on a layout. I have a master layout with an Autotext for Drawing Scales. The thing is that I don't want the PDF scale to be listed (the "1:1" text) in the Autotext Field.

Is there a parameter such as "remove from autotext references" that I can turn on for the PDF drawing?

Many thanks,
Joaquim

I don't believe so. But drawing scales are listed in the order in which the drawings are placed on the layout. So to force it to the end of the list, you could cut and paste it back in it's original place. Then on the layout you could apply a solid fill over the scale to hide it.

It is quite common to show the drawing scale in the drawing's title, rather than the title block. So you may want to consider that too?

Cheers,
