importing hot key set ups from 11 to 15?

is it possible to import the custom hot keys into the newer version?

Yes. You can save a shortcut scheme in the Work Environment of 11.
Then Export it and Import it into 15.
The problem is you will lose any new keyboard shortcuts that are default in 15 (if there are any - i.e. maybe something for the shell tool or the new trim commands).

In my opinion it is best to rework the Work Environment from scratch for each new version - unless it is highly customised.
Then it my be easier to just add in the new features to the old WE.
But jumping from 11 to 15 there may be quite a lot of new features to watch out for.

You can always run 2 separate Archicads - one with each WE so that you can compare them.
