Hi, i created a Bimcloud basic server. How can i add other people to work in my server? I have the server addres but when the other person adds it, it give me an error. I saw online that in the user setting ther's a method to invite user with GSID but i assume that its an option for upgraded versions of Bimcloud. is there a method to work with 2 separate PCs with separate users with bimcloud basic or is it a feature for upgraded versions?

Thank for the help

Hi @Leonardo2002

You can add users to your BIMcloud basic server if they can access the location of that server within your local network.

The user should only need the server IP address to connect.

Short test to check the user connection to your server (from user computer):.

  1. Point to the start menu on your Windows PC and click once.
  2. In the search text box type Run and press Enter.
  3. Type CMD in the Run dialog text box and click OK.
  4. Type ping and the IP address of the codec you are pinging (i.e. ping 192.168.0.159) and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
  5. The round trip time of the packets is displayed, as well as any packet loss. If Request time out appears then your connection is failing.

You can also heck BIMcloud clean installation step by step >> HERE <<.
