Omit edge lines in 3D and elevation for tangential junctions between straight and curved faces

Paul King
Advisor

Right now things like steel beams and posts display with too many lines at corners, if they are accurately modelled with rounded corners.

Can ArchiCAD please be set to by default omit edge lines for mathematically coplanar or smoothly transitioned/tangential junctions between faces, and show only the applicable object silhouette lines instead.

Ideally Archicad should show all rounded geometry without segmentation. EG. modelling precisely arched spaces with shell tool is very outdated.
