With all the great additions AC9 brought to the user interface, what would help me even more would to be able to define the commands in the contextual menu. ie... I would like to right click and go up or down a story. Add that to the Work Environment panel and I'd buy GS developers a beer any day. I never use the contextual zoom's, I use the scroll wheel. In fact, now looking at it, I never use the contextual menu except if an object is selected, and then I use it all the time.
