Worksheet as T&R on Plan view 2

When we place a dwg on a worksheet and uses it as a Trace & Ref. it would be great if the Trace and Ref. stays where it has been moved to in a plan view, when open the view next time and chooses the same T&R.

It makes sense that each Referenced view stays in the position that it was when last inserted.

Why should repositioning the current reference affect the position of previously used or future references?
