Is there any option to create 'Void' on wall in Archicad.

SEO (Solid Element Operations) should help you out.
Do a quick search in the ArchiCAD Reference Guide pdf through the Help menu

Or, if it is an irregular polygon shape: model the shape with the Slab Tool, enter "WALLHOLE" for its ID, and save it as a Window.
