Use the Object Tool to search for "Railing" and place the object in your floor plan.

What the problem is?

In the Stair Settings box>Parameter Tab> Show Rail on the Floor Plan.
Check it so it is on.

I can see the railings extend past the stair on my computer. By any chance is their something blocking the view of the railings as they go past the stairs?
Try selecting the stair, right-click, Display order, Bring to front.

the screen shot is AC13, AC12 is the same.

I found the problem. It was scale sensitive . My view is scale 1:100 and stair scale sensitive was 50<Scale<100. When i change to 150 it come visible.
