Are you trying to duplicate effect and view point in the image shown? In archiCAD?

If so, you can use the Parallel projection Settings and click the Custom Axonometry and click the 'roof' image.

That won't give the perspective view they're after.

Trying setting the perspective close to what is shown in the attached image.

In the Perspective Settings dialog box, or with the Camera Tool, set the Camera Z to about 20', the Target Z to 0, and the Distance to a very small amount (say 1", 0 is not allowed, on my system the Distance resets to 0.394").

the birds eye settings worked for me and I do a cutting plane of the project so the walls are black solid. it looks better like that.
