Help! How do I unlink model in version 9 to create line draw

Hi I am new to the CAD work as my assistant used to do. I have recently switched to Archicad 9 (updated from 8.1). How do you unlink the model to convert it to a line drawing? That task has been changed and I cant seem to figure it out? I have a deadline and starting to feel the pressure. If anyone can assist me, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

In the plan view, select the Section/Elevation marker.
Open section/Elevation Selection Settings.
Select "drawing" in the Status pull down menu.

Personally, I keep my elevations "live" and model everything. Very little 2D overlay (sections are another story).

From 3d windows save as .2dl! Then open the file and save it as .pln!
Good luck!

Ah, I made the assumption you were talking about sections/elevations....

DesignEvo:

Or from any view except the Plan view, copy (use the flat marquee if using the 3D Window) and then paste, the pasted elements will be only lines and fills.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
