modeling Train

i would like to know if it possible to model this train in archicad if not what program it possible to do it with that works well with archicad.i,m have problems with the front part
i work on a mac btw

This is quite a challenge to model in ArchiCAD. Does it really need to be exactly that train? There are lots of models (for pay or free) that you can import as objects. The best results are generally with 3DS format.
