Can't INSTALL PLEASE HELP SOMEONE...

NOTE: I've tried making a new user and same problem comes up. Also tried installing in safe mode. Downloaded 3 different copies all the same results.

Dd you run Windows update recently? It sounds like you don't have all the system components that are required. Also, do take care that, Home or Pro, you HAVE TO install Archicad with moderator access right.
