some possibilities:
aim the camera a little more to the right (not enough detail on the left (grey building)
put some bump material on the yellow stuff
create some more simple constructual details on the hanging roof like a small border
use a little more yellow in the sunlight and put one light beneath the scene that doesn't cast shadows >> you'll get less contrast in the shadows if possible use soft shadows
use photoshop to plant the tree (make a picture of your own tree and paste it in the picture)
put some real material on the gray stuff and a little bit of reflection on the glass
adapt the strange shadows on the shrubs on the left side by photoshop

good luck, i am lucking forward of seeing the result!!!

Your work is at the point where you can be your own best critic by comparing your product to what appears on websites like:

and

http://www.asai.org/

Pay particular attention to what things look like and how they are composed to captivate the eye.

I can suggest to use higher-resolution texture maps and to lower the bump amount on the front wall, since it destroys the image.

You would be able to improve it by adding a few additional low-intensity 'filler' lights, to throw some light at the underside of the balcony on the front-right.

I assume Artlantis 4.5 is no match for the newer Render or Studio versions, but wasn't there some kind of "skysphere" light, which spreads ambient light from all sides, allowing you to make a more lifelike light distribution?
