Does anyone know how to make glass transparent when you are working in ArchiCad? At the moment it looks like in the picture above and i would really like to know how to make them more transparent to make my work easier.

right click in 3d view.

click on 3d window settings
(can also be found under the view drop down menu -> 3d mode -> 3d window settings)

then under effects theres a drop down "on-off" for transparency in shading

Mac, If you haven't done this yet.
You can also define your own level of transparency by making a copy of
a glass material in: Options>Element Attributes>Materials, and set your own level of transparency, and by the way, a color tint you like for your glass while your at it.
And you should set up your "profile" while your at it. It's a nice touch, and usually means you will get faster response to complicated questions.
