Dimension text formatting

Petty, I know, but...

It annoys me that dimension text appears to set itself out differently to normal text. On the image below the dimension text (black) and notation text (blue) are the same font, they are the same size, the notation text has a "leading" alignment setting of 100%, and yet you can see the dim text grip to its immediate left, and the notation text grip is on the dimension line (partially hidden). Still the notation text sits higher than the dimension text.

Please make them line up, or give us a logical setout that is common to both.

On ArchiCAD 12, if I set the leading to 55% (Helvetica font), the text sits on the bottom, which is ok as long as the text is not multiline.
