Archicad layouts

Hello.

I´m a recent user of archicad 12 and I am using the layout feature.

I have encountered a problem that I would like to know how to get around:

I´m creating various layouts of plans that are base on the same story but with different layer sets. Can I do this? The thing is that when a create a new layout and change the layers set on that layout for the plan, it changes in all, so all the plan layouts that were supposed to have different layer sets become the same.

Could someone tell me if it´s possible to do what I´m trying?

Thank you

That's what view sets are for.
You can save for example a single story as different views, each having a different layer combination, pen set, dimension settings, ... etc.
Saved views can be managed at any time. The views are placed on layouts, no need to control layers in layout environment.
