MEP Modeler

Has anyone had a chance to use the new MEP modeler? If you have, can you tell me what you think?

I used the one in Vico's Constructor 2008 and it was ok, simple to use but lacked a few editable features that could have worked a bit better in my opinion. Was hoping the new version fixed the annoyances I saw.
