No 3d perspective?

Hi everyone.
I can now only use the axonometry in the 3d window. Any ideas what I may have done wrong? When I turn on the perspective the only thing I see of my project is this:

I can neither zoom, nor use the orbit button.
When I switch to the axonometry and then go back to perspective, I see only white/grey background.

I've got to have my project ready in a day, so I would really appreciate your help.

Hi Blaithy,

Try placing a camera in your project and then open the 3d perspective from this camera. Also, you could try opening only a portion of your model in 3d by using the heavy marquee tool and see if the perspective becomes usable.
Eventually, the "fit in window" zoom type might also get you back on track.
Hope this helps.

Cheers.
