AC 11 (1210) Crashes older 11 builds

When trying to open 3 different (simple) .pln files that were fine in 11(1112) and (1114), now crash with build 1210

New files created in 1114 or 1210 have no problems,(yet).
Other .pln files created in previous builds of 11 ok.
No changes to system. Virus scans shows clear.
GSBug reports auto-created and sent.
Anyone else with this screwy behavior??

But of the few bug reports
I've sent, of different crashes,never a word back,
about bug reports, even with paying for "extended"
tech support or whatever they call it.
So not holding my breath.

you should contact your local reseller and provide them with the bug reports so they can follow up .

Thanks for the reply "whatever".
My reseller has been great about other things,
but the extra hassle of that did not get me any
further along when I tried that a while back on
other bug-crash.
Would be best if GS contacted directly.
System of going through reseller is archaic.

Every country has different ways of obtaining support. In the US, contacting your reseller is a good idea, but it does not preclude you from filing a report directly with GS US tech support via their web form, or phoning their 800 number.

ArchiPlus is supposed to give priority support via the reseller, but if you're not getting an answer, try going direct. Go to:
