Is there a setting in the GDL script to correct this problem ?

Steve:

It is a function of the leading of the text that is part of the font (see example below, note the location of the text handles). You can try changing the font to get better results. It looks like you are using the Builder Dimension 12, which does not have an editable hotspot or parameter for moving the text.

Thanks. It does fix my problem if I change the font.
