hanging when i click "reserve item"

on A13, occasionally when i reserve, the computer just hangs for about 1 - 2 minutes.

it happens to me a few times a day, and to others who work in our office.

our network is 1GB and not overloaded so i'm fairly sure its a (huge) bug within archicad?

does anyone else have this problem, i need to know if its an archicad bug or if we need to be checking our network
