Flythrough Optimal Render Settings?

Greetings All.

Can anyone please recommend the best fly through settings with compression type and result settings please..

I can't seem to find one that works nicely.. I am trying to get the image as crisp and impressive a possible - it will be played off a hard drive NOT downloaded and displayed on a large screen - so am looking for quality over small file size

Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated!
