JPG's In Master Don't Print

I have pasted two JPG files into a Master as a sort of watermark. It looks great on screen, but it won't plot. The text that I have along with it prints, but not the graphics. Any ideas?

Are they big files? Does the plotter have enough memory? Have you tried printing to a different device? A cheap ink-jet printer uses the computer as its RIP whereas the plotter typically has to fit the whole job into its own RAM.

I have had the same problem with tiff files on the master. What works for me.. well 2 things... on the master bring it to the front. In the layout make sure the layer is on. The layer can turn itself off when converting an old file into 10, but that might not be your case. Bringing it to the front is something I always do now, due to a bug.

Won't that hide th text elements I have in the Master?

Yeah, it would if the text is over the image. You might try shuffling it forward and see what happens. Maybe test it by moving the text off the image, bring it forward and run a text print. My suggestion might not even help, but it works in my situation.
