I WANT TO ROTATE IN YZ OR XZ AXIS A STEEL BEAM BUT I CAN'T!
ARCHICAD GIVES ME THE OPTION TO ROTATE IT IN XY ONLY AND NOT IN 3D. IS THERE A WAY TO DO IT?

cigraph have a free download available that does this:

you don't show which version of archicad or platform you're using - you may have to search for the correct one.

Take a look at OBJECTiVE. In addition to a tool for 3D rotation, you can freely cut the steel beams in 3D. It is bundled with a steel library that is more 3D aware, and can also be bent to curves in 3D.

Maybe the beam tool could help you (using, of course, the inclined type and a custom profile for its cross section).

Cheers.
