3D model distortion in Save As...

During the Save As... routine, the 3D model distorts certain elements, in this case the roof. (Notice the roof distortion adjacent to the bell tower and near the ridge of the roof to the left.) This happens in jpeg, pdf, tif, etc. Any ideas as to how to prevent this?

Here is an example of columns (concrete) with a wall (stucco) fixed to the side. You can see the stucco disappears on part of the column. This happens regardless of whether either side of the wall is touching, or separated by even a 2" space. The column with no distortion has been modified so the stucco wall is not parallel to the column underneath. There seems to be something to the issue of being parallel, and in this instance with two separate tools; a wall and a column.

Beyond this, it's beyond me!
