I am an architecture student and i have project to do. But I have one big problem, I don't know how to make a flat roof (must include isolation, concrete , plants) and how to do that I can see details of that roof in the cut?

Create a composite with skins for structure, earth etc.
Apply to what you are modeling the roof with, roof tool or slab. Parts of the assemblage that is sloped you will do using the roof tool. Parts that are flat can also be modeled with the roof tool with its slope set to 0° or with the slab tool.

Please add to your Profile your OS and also which version(s) of archicad you are using.

AFAIK, there isn't a direct way in archicad to do what you want;

Maybe this article will help too...

P.S: ( I hope that gs team will provide us a tool for that, maybe this could be implemented in a future slab and roof accessories tool enhancement....!! )

Yes, you can create it in archicad. Follow my instructions.
