Roof construction, can be cut with cut floor plane?

I have created roof in a shape of a pyramid. Then with Roof maker, i have created a wood construction on it, with rafters, trimers and so on.

The problem is, that this roof construction can be seen as a whole object, not cutted by the cut plane. The roof slab it self is cutted, but the construction is not. Why is this happening?

My cut plane is set to default 110 cm.

Unless your particular roof construction Objects have the ability to process the Floor Plan Cut-plane written into their GDL code, Objects do not follow the FPCP like building elements (Walls, Roofs, Columns, etc.)

Interestingly, most of the roofmaker objects do have FPCP sensitivity, especially the rafter objects. Look in their settings dialog, in the parameters > '2d representation' section you will find both Floorplan display and Projection settings.

If you set the floorplan display parameter to 'projected' they should display as if they were cut with the FPCP.

That is correct, RoofMaker Objects (as well as Skylight Objects) have the FPCP sensitivity written into their GDL scripts. So you have to set the Objects FPCP sesitivity from within the Object parameters (not the "Floor Plan and Section" Settings). Of course, you do have to set the "Show on Stories" to "All Relevant Stories" if you plan on using the FPCP parameter settings.

Thanks for all the answers. In past few days, while i was waiting for an answer in this topic, i have done this:

changed at the Jack Rafters settings, the "Floor plan display" to "Projected", and also set the "Axis line pen" to "19(white)".
Now everything is ok with the Jack Rafters, here:

But, the purlins are now the problem, as they don`t have a "Floor plan display" option (and i understand why, because they are horizontal, so they can`t be cutted by the cut plane), so i don`t know how to make them (the purlins) not to appear above the cut plane. Take a look at the picture above, and you can see that purlins appear above the cut plane.

Here are my settings for for the Jack Rafters, and Purlins:

After creating the roof framing, you can put the different framing elements on whichever layer you want. Would putting the purlins on a layers that does not show in the view in question solve your problem?

hm, you mean, just to set all purlins at one layer, and simply turn that layer off, and by that way to turn off all the purlins? Well, that is a good solution, it`s just: i want to see purlins below my cut plane, but not to see the ones above the cut plane. Is this possible?

I'm not seeing an automated answer. You could manually place the purlins you don't want to see on a hidden in plan layer,
or assign these to the story above and then have them show only on their home story.

if i have understood it clearly:

i have several stories under that roof construction, (i created a tall building in a shape of a 4 side pyramid), that means, that i have to manualy set (at each floor) the purlins (the ones that are above the cut plane) to a hidden layer. And repeat that at each floor. This seems to be a bit longer job. That`s why i am asking, is there any other way to automaticly set the purlins, not to show, above the cut plane?
