Your centre skin has a priority of 0 and the gypsum is 10.
So the centre skin can't punch through the outer ones.
You need a priority higher than 10 and it should work fine - for this particulsr situation at least.

Have you checked that the walls have skin priorities enabled?
Select the walls,
Floor Plan and Section>Structure> Enable Skin Priorities

Yes I do not have problems with all the wall just this one. I will create new walls maybe that will solve the now that I understood the logic

New walls will cut old ones refuse to cut.
I have replaced them and cleared the old ones.

I have seen this problem not long ago on AC12.
It drove me crazy.
I did the same thing: delete the affected Walls, create new ones which did the cut. I have no idea of the reason.
