What do you mean by too small?
Can you post screenshots?

I mean, I have a door panel that is 3 x 6'8 but the custom panel shows up in it as like 2-6 x 4 or something and leaves all this space around it.

I can try to get a screen shot up.l

So the Panel is not the same size as it was when you saved it?
Did you happen to save some Hotspots with it?

Correct, the panel is not the same size as I saved it, nor is it proportionally smaller, it is smushed.
No I didn't save hot spots, should I?

I have no other ideas.
If no one else has maybe you should report it to your local reseller.

My custom doors don't seem to be working at all... I make a new door just like in 12 but it doesn't show up in the custom door panel pull down. Even a door I made in this same project file before changing it to v13 no longer shows up.... Ideas?

After selecting the custom door pieces you created,
If you are in the plan view,
File>Libaries and Objects>Save Selections As>New Library Part.

Subtype Hierarchy>Model Element>Custom Compenent Template>Custom Door Leaf

Do NOTuse Custom Component Collections>Door Panel Collections

I'm not getting any choices of (sub)type. The list only contains "Archicad Object File".... I tried to save it from the 3D view which give a "door" option but also doesn't seem to work...

Pasted from another thread:
The type of Custom Components you can save will depend on the loaded libraries.
For example, under Windows, the C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD 13 INT\ArchiCAD Library 13\Custom Object Macros 13 is the place that contains the subtypes defining the types of Custom Components that can be saved. This has to be loaded for them to appear as options - of course they do if you just simply load the ArchiCAD 13 Library.
So you need to load that library for the options to appear.
