Licensing
About all sorts of licenses, their management, Graphisoft ID, Graphisoft Store, License Manager Tool, etc.

My "license renewal button" doesn't work.

I'm a student and have been using ArchiCAD for a couple of years now. A few days ago I upgrated to v. 13 and I have been approved for the ArchiCAD 1 year license.

But, when i start up ArchiCAD 13 a box comes up saying:
"Your ArchiCAD Education License will expire in 24 days!"
giving me two options:
- "License Renewal..."
- ""Start ArchiCAD"

Nothing happends when I press the "Licens Renewal- button". Zero, nada.
What do I do? I've contacted my local ArchiCAD-retailer, but they'd never heard about the problem.

Anyone know another way to renew it? It figured I can't change anything in the "-help -license information".
It shure is a crise if my license expires, cause I use the program daily.

Either look for the license renewal item under the Help Menu or go to myarchicad.com to renew or register for a new license.

GS changed its license procedure so that everything happens in the myarchicad site.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the license in it self, it's just that the button: "License Renewal" in ArchiCAD doesn't work.
It doesn't seem that the license can be changed under the help menu.
All I find is the license information and it doesn't seem to be editable.

Ok,
Check under the help menu to change the serial number to the 1 year one you received. It looks as if you have not updated your license to the new serial.

But can I change the serial number there?
If I go to the "License information" under the help menu, my old serial appeares. But I can't change it there. Or can I?

I think you used to be able to but verifying now it only shows the info. Anyway AC will ask for the updated number in 24 days.

Sorry that I couldn't help on this.

If that happends, there's no problem.
