raster and area measuring

I notice that the raster tool in plotmaker doesn't measure the area like in AC
Is there any way to measure an area in plotmaker?
Thanx

Regretfully none, except manual (read the coordinates, calculate).

Then maybe they should add this function in Plotmaker because it will be very helpful.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of area are you measuring in Plotmaker?

When i make the plan of field for example
Of course i can do that in AC and this is the right way but once there is raster tool in plotmaker why not

It sounds like what you want to do would be trivial in Archicad, but impossible in Plotmaker. Why would Plotmaker be the right way?

In AC when you make a raster in your plan, you can also set it to display the area of the raster.
But this is not possible via Plotmaker
The right way is AC not Plotmaker

The PlotMaker is not for doing any design work, only for layouting.

All your design and drawing work should be done in ArchiCAD.

Take that as a rule, your life will be much easier!
