round slabs and floors

dear friends, how can i do this rounded end slabs as in Acad startup picture. although the rounded or curved base as shouwn in the attach,
any help will be regreted ,

You can do those parts using the Roof Tool.
Use the "Barrel Vault Roof" geometry method.

Well, yeah, maybe you're right, a Profiled Wall/Beam could be a better solution.
