Wall with bottom offset > 3'-7 1/4" not appearing in schedule or find & select???

I'm trying to schedule the tile in an ensuite bathroom, but I have a wall that does not appear in the schedule with the following scheme settings:

and I also can't find and select it based on the following criteria:

The zone selection settings are:

The wall selection settings are:

However, if I change the wall bottom offset to home story to 3'-7 1/4" or less, then it will appear in the schedule, and I can also find & select it with the above criteria.

All of the elements are fully within the zone. Any ideas why this wall acts this way?

Can you show how many Zones touch the Wall in question?

I don't know how Archicad decides which Zone to list if it touches multiple Zones.

Can you create a schedule that lists only the Wall in question and shows the "Related Zone Name" field?

The wall is fully enclosed in the zone and does not touch any other zone.

And the wall does not appear to be related to any zone according to this schedule.

I've played around with the settings and discovered that if I change the floor plan display option of the wall from "Projected" to "Projected with Overhead", the wall will appear in the schedule and show as related to the "Ensuite" zone.

Is this behavior the way Archicad zones and schedules are supposed to work? This is my first time using zones for anything other than room names.

That is interesting. So even though there is a single Related Zone for the Wall, it is not reported in the schedule.

This may be a bug so I will report it to GS HQ.
