Hardware requirements

Hi everyone,

I am an IT-administrator for a graphical company which uses archicad 15. Each year they do a migration to the newer Archicad and this year archicad 16 is planned.

Before we do the migration, we wanted to make sure that the hardware at this moment is sufficient enough. I have checked the hardware requirements of archicad 16 and it looks like everything is OK (except for Windows Vista nog fully tested).

Could you guys maybe shed any light if the hardware is just sufficient or will also help in running Archicad 16 smoothly and would you replace the hardware or not?

They also have some Windows XP Machines, but at the moment when zooming in it takes 5 seconds before archicad really starts to zoom in, so think they will need to be replaced really soon

Thanks again for your expert advice!

Kind regards,

Sven
